Refund policy

Return/Exchange/Cancellation

If the product you received is proven defective. You have to notify us within 2 days from delivery to return and/or exchange the defective product and have the right to exchange the product for a similar product or any other product of the same price. In this case, we will cover all necessary delivery fees associated with the return and/or exchange of the product.

In the event the product you received does/do not meet your expectation, you are entitled to exchange the product within 2 days from delivery in the same condition you received the product. In this case, you are responsible for covering the necessary delivery fees associated with the exchange of the product.

No product will be returned/exchanged if it is tried/used. Underwear cannot be returned/exchanged.

Placed orders cannot be canceled.
